We did it!

Hope is back in America and I'm so happy to be able to see that happen. While the road ahead will be a tough one, for the first time since I have been able to vote I feel that we have a president who can represent this whole country and one I can be proud to call my president whether I'm here in Oregon or anywhere in the world.

I just started a public blog. The content is lacking so far, but I hope to have it start slow and maybe build momentum over the summer.

I'm walking for a good cause on Sunday, May 16. The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk is 5 miles and will be taking place in downtown Portland. You can take a look at my original post about this for more information too.

Rainy saturdays in October are not the time to have a yard sale :-)
I knew that all along, but if we hadn't done it now we would have waited forever... We made $15 today, absolutely not a winning number...
